Hi all, Found this connector on my 1299 and had assumed it was an easy-access charging port but on opening it I have no idea what fits! A circle and pentagon female connector which appears to be hooked up to the battery (placed just in front of the gear selector linkage). Neither Google nor scanning the Optimate site have helped. Perhaps I'm barking up the wrong tree and it's for diagnostics - does anyone recognise it? Thanks, Ben
It's a charging connector for a Noco charger. I use a Genius 5 and it is great piece of kit .It will charge flooded lead acid, AGM and lithium batteries, 6v and 12v.
Ah thank you Derek! Sadly it seems there's no Noco male to SAE female adapters out there so I'll need to take it off to fit my SAE charger. Alas, the mystery is solved. Ben

No, I have Noco to SAE that I connect to the Ducati charge cable that connects to the diagnostic socket. Wrong sex @Chris. He need an SAE to one like this -
