I'm now doubting myself, My V2 I'm sure was 525 but I think they have changed it. Lots of sprocket and chain retailers are listing 520, so I think you need to call a dealer and check. Either way, if the sprockets are 520 you can't use a 525 chain, that's just dumb...
I`ve recently taken delivery of a 2023 SF V2 . The owner`s manual states the OE chain to be a Regina 520 ZRDK.
Just checked on the Owner’s manual on the Ducati web site which states the 2023/23 V2 chain is 520. The SFV4 is 525. Andy
agreed, was looking into this, the issue was websites had listed the ‘Streetfighter’ and hadn’t updated it when the V2 version launched, so I agree it’s 520 also
Rather than edit my original post, I’ll admit that I was wrong and that it is in fact 520. My other bike is 525. I’m very rarely wrong about anything, so lap it up.
I wouldn't put a new chain on a used sprocket anyway. I'd replace the full set and the only chain I'd consider would be DID ZVM-X. I've had a chain snap on a bike and you don't want to go there. I've always found Wemoto do the best deals. Ring them up and they'll probably do a deal on a full set. I favour JS sprockets myself. https://www.wemoto.com/bikes/ducati...id_zvm-x_super_heavy_duty_x-ring_premium_gold
