Excited to have purchased my first Ducati! It's a Multistrada 1200S Struggling to lock the Top Box but other than that happy. What's the knack to locking it.?
Someone is bound to know the answer to the lock Gerry, if it's like Givi or even made by Givi, then you have to physically move the plastic "flap" forward and down to engage the locking mechanism before it will allow you to turn the key. Sometimes the lid isn't fully down properly or something is obstructing the lock inside the topbox, or sometimes it's a bit stubborn and needs a "jiggle" or a few attempts until the flap can be moved to the locked position.

Welcome and enjoy! Glad you sorted the topbox, I was going to suggest trying a key... The Givi boxes with the flap can be a bit fiddly when the are full and something obstructs the top of the flap.
