Bought a couple of huge ham hocks in the local butchers for £7 at the weekend. First one has gone in to ham, marrow fat pea and winter root vegetable soup
Tried to get back to work to catch up on things from last week, now flat out in bed… again I’d say it’s subsided but the twinge that’s going on now can lead to very painful spasms, so I’ve done half a days work not wanting to push my luck. Hopefully tomorrow will see the back of it, pardon the pun. Thanks for asking x
Back home from an awesome weekend up in town. Feeling absolutely shattered, but very pleased with how happy my wife was, with the birthday celebrations. I shall be smashing it at the gym all week to burn this lot off.......

Are you of Japanese tourist origins? They seem to spend most, if not all of their time when sat at a restaurant table, taking photos of what's in front of them, rather like you..........
Been working on Sons MX5 as it has a very leak prone soft top, I believe I have found the problem by cleaning out the drain channels. Fingers crossed. Tomorrow is investigate front N/S calliper as it’s slow to release after hard braking, possibly new calliper time.
I took them just for you Tony. Tbf, my photo taking of food while out, is quite ninja like, as I hate doing it, but would get hell from certain friends and family if I didn’t.
A mate of mine nearly died in one of these, it just left the road and landed upside down and facing the wrong way, lethal.
