Very disappointing news from ERIV customer services this morning as i think someone in their warehouse nicked my item.
Of that, I think you can be sure. Evri is the most complained about courier and it beggars belief major retailers still promote them. If I have to order from the internet and the retailer's choice is Evri, I don't order. Andy
Evri have, on occasion cocked up a shipment of mine, however they are prompt to refund. DHL, however are a bunch of vile, lowlife lying scum.
EVRI/Hermes are the worst I've ever dealt with. Don't bother trying to contact them (almost impossible!) - you'll have to contact the vendor/sender. Vendors use EVRI for one reason - they're cheap...

Agree - their drivers are great if you ever get the chance of a correctly-delivered parcel! Poor sods though, having to put up with working for EVRI!

I'm with you viewing their reviews page yesterday, but my mother says that the local chap is rather good.
