Can you send this to eurosport please and explain to them its possible to have more than one type of motorcycling on a single channel in a weekend.
Bit scraping the barrel entertainment wise for me when bsb and wsb is on. I even watched rally Croatia before i got round to the enduro. Should do it in the off season imho.
That was kind of my point 24 hours of this and not a single minute of bsb or wsb on Sunday. Surely should have been the other way round (although I appreciate they’re trying to force everyone down the streaming route right now).
I thought they also showed those races (just not live?) on their other channel as well as cycling (of course)
They *could have stuck the start and finish on and ran it through the night instead of blanket coverage all day Sunday while there were more watchable events happening in the motorcycling world and I appreciate thats down to taste but i cant imagine for the life of me it got more viewers than a combined WSB/BSB weekend. Kind of all over the place and hard to keep track of - i didnt even know they were showing WSB Race 2 on Quest in the middle of BSB until Ricky X posted it in the other thread.
Anyone watching the Bol d’Or? Guintoli mentioned last weekend whoever wins out of the factory teams wins the championship. Not looking great from ze Germans rn.
Looks like bmw are going to win their first ever endurance world title. 600 laps completed after 19 hours lol. Fuck that for a game of soldiers.
I didn’t see the end of it but seen the result. As usual TNT decided we’d had enough after 21 hours and scheduled something else instead. Utterly useless.
TNT have four channels and tried to cover (off the top of my head) the 24 hour, cricket, football, rugby, 2 separate World Cycling events as well as the World Championships, mountain biking, world athletics (and the list goes on). To be fair (as a Virgin Media subscriber) they've sorted their act out recently/over the summer via the red button which launches six more channels but it was totally non existent this weekend and even scheduled shows were completely unrelated at times - BSB was athletics at one point etc... Real shit show and i cant imagine it went un noticed from others not part of the motorcycle "community".
