So what have you done today..?

  1. I thought it looked pretty cool in profile on the back of the truck, which seemed either blasphemous or insane.
Yeah, reported breaking down at twenty five to eight and didn't leave that spot of the B4192 until twenty five to two.
I kept repeating it for when necessary so I could stop getting the phone out again and getting my reading glasses out again and maybe cutting the recovery truck guy off while trying to find the photo of the nearby roundabout exit; so we'll see if I remember the number of that road until the day I die.
I suspect it was one of those zen experiences.

  9. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^If it had a coffee brand stamped on the side, then that would change immediately.

  10. It always tickles me watching vehicles on the back of trailers cus I wonder if they're thinking how come I'm travelling at speed but the engine isn't running. It's like when horses look out of those little front facing horse box windows.

I suppose small mercies are called for at such times like the fact is wasn't cold, wet & miserable and yes a little philosophical musing whether that be zen or stoic will always help. Hey ho.

  19. Has a test ride on Norton Commando 961 today from Krazy Horse Cotswolds . I must say Norton have done an excellent job of retaining character, the feel of a bygone era but with Ohlins and Brembos that do a very good job. The ride gave me a broad smile, and that is how I judge a bike, but it did my neck in, and could do with a bit more oomph. However once you understand how to ride it it works very well. Well done Norton, a much better build than our other British brand(Made in China) Triumph.

  20. It’s an ugly fucker though. That rear overhang and the awkward seat/tank interface are making my teeth itch
