Seeing as the two surveyors that came on behalf of the new house builder couldn't agree on a valuation I am now waiting for a third one to rock up this morning.

Booked a holiday to Lanzarote today, as we need some winter sun. I’m a bit worried that it’ll be full of chavs and pikeys, keeping my fingers crossed that it won’t.
Well it certainly was last year when we visited it for a day, crossing from Fuerteventura........That was long enough for us! Whatever, enjoy the sunshine.
