  3. So far this morning I have arranged for a couple more trades to quote on stuff for my new place and have been to a local car wheel shop to get some boxes for when I start packing. Car wheel boxes are the ideal size for packing shit loads of stuff and still be able to carry them safely.

Then I went to Tesco and bought 10 packs of imperial mints to keep in the car :)

Now waiting for Persimmons maintenance man to arrive to do a couple of jobs on my current house.

  7. Hmmm...

Tic Tacs are perhaps the most practical, Polos are novel, Glacier mints the coolest, Extra strong the hottest, but surely the best are Mint humbugs?

  8. Clearly you are a man of superior mint knowledge.
But it was the amount of mints and the keeping them in the car like guilty and imprisoned confectionery that concerns me the most.

  10. You would need to have either plastic or porcelain teeth, when you get to those amounts!

  12. I just like having a stock of mints in the car to save me going to the shops more than I’d like to. Nothing sinister ;)

  19. Thanks. It’s taking a big chunk out of my pension pot to fund the move but it’ll be an investment too.
