because of the luck factor, I can't calculate the odds, but I believe you are right, trying to keep the action in the middle gives you the best options to get three in a row, I always head back to the middle when there's hardly any chickens on the board. I also try and avoid keep blocking in one odd chicken, there are so many approaches, I love it.
