  3. Everyone has their favourite………….Gonna turn into a Rossi/MarkyMarc bitch fest……possibly.

  4. Oh you didn’t! I’ll save the effort of argument and just say that the lord Rossi must be the best ever. Seems the only way to survive this forum

  5. Can only be Rossi simply because he’s won against tough opposition on all types ;)

  6. That’s the second time you’ve said that in a week.
In what way? Who are you even referring to?

  7. If we have to name our favourite ever moto gp rider I’m going with either Loris C or Dovi x

GOAT is Ago cos he’s won the most.

  8. I’ve asked this to Phil on multiple occasions now and still waiting on an answer lol.
    Who were on this forum?
I’m honestly not aware of any Rossi idiots on here? Faceaids yeh but that’s your own fault if you’re reading the shit on there.

  9. I was half joking, it's been a while since i've seen a proper handbags argument over Rossi/MarkyMark, particularly since Rossi retired.

  12. GOAT? MM is certainly getting there. Stoner was handy on a MotoGP bike too, shame he wrapped it. As was Rossi.

Picking one I’d probably say Marc Marquez. He’s irresistible. He’ll likely win again this year by some margin.

  13. The issue is you can only really choose the best of a generation at any time. As bikes improved over the years so has the riding ability to keep up and the teams have grown to match.

Take Marquez, clearly a big talent and one of the best we have seen in our time - put him on Ago's GP bike against Ago, how would he do? Or put Ago on Marquez's GP25, how would he do?

We all have our opinions and views, but will never actually know so this is why I dont really have an opinion

  14. Thread tidy

  15. I’m going to name someone that never reached the heights that he would have attained had he not been killed at Monza, Jarmo Saarinen

  16. good shout! If you look back there are a lot of riders who never achieved the titles but were consistently great. The most recent that springs to mind is Dani Pedrosa, the only other rider who could get near Marquez on the Honda, multiple runner up, probably would have been champion without the fragile nature of his body, and then retires and comes back as a test rider and he’s top 6, others like lorenzo came back as test riders and were 3 seconds off the pace. Pedrosa is just one example though.

  17. Other runners up.., Mamola. Wasn’t it 4 times runner up. Fantastic back story to his achievements also.

  18. This thread is asking about MotoGP goat. So all the old timers can do one.
Straight fight Rossi or Marquez for me. And Marquez gets my vote as the GOAT. If for nothing else than last and this years amazing comeback.
