  6. Universal, single point fixing, Bark Busters fitted to the Scrambler. Definitely not pretty but after getting caught in the downpour on Tuesday, they should keep some of the rain off my gloves that are still drying out. And, for a similar reason, my ancient Rukka trousers have finally given up the ghost so a pair of Rukka Kingsleys ordered whilst they are discounted at Infinity. Andy

  7. Managed to work out why the Evotech rear spindle bobbin kept spinning. It needs a rubber insert to hold it in place and torque it up. Would be handy if the useless pricks at Evotech included one, or told me that was what’s needed.

  8. Managed another 100 miles on the Scrambler. Absolutely loving the hooligan manners, absolutely not loving the Pirelli MT60RS, they have got to go. Andy

  9. Sold the trials bikes on eBay, hopefully the buyers turn up and pay over the weekend.
Dragged my Sons back up 50 from the back of the garage and listed it on eBay, his flat track Honda 125 will be next.

  10. Be interested to see what you go for, Andy.

  12. Yes, definitely a challenge with the limited choice in the 110/80 18 with a sport/touring bias. My girlfriend has ridden with the Metzeler Roadtec Z8 and the Angel GT on her 2016 Icon over time and she chucks the bike around on tarmac like a hooligan :joy:. Not totally sure she pushes the front as much as I do but then she’s a good 6 stone + lighter than me. The only other tyre I’ve considered is the Dunlop Roadsmart 4 although I read a random comment that the Dunlop has a firmer construction than the Metzeler which I’m more used to with the M7RRs on the Pikes Peak. Any of the three are going to be better than MT60RS and my initial punt might be more influenced by availability and cost. Andy

  13. Mate had a MOT on his 959 this morning so joined him for a short ride and a bacon butty out. Nice gas gas in there. Didn't want to upset him but my bike sounded better than his and got more comments:)
