Very sweaty short ride to the Bristol Superbike Factory to see how much they might px my Beemer for. Not confident of decent money as it's a rare & mainly unknown bike, but hey - gotta try....
You are indeed correct it was in fact replaced with a different type not sure which type but hopefully this new one will work?
Nice! I bought some of these to replace my knackered old Racer gloves based on your kind and altruistic test that you did…
M1000 DS Replaced a rusty screw, with stainless Allen key was a snug fit. Sadly hexagon rounded Stainless dome head screw Maybe paint over the chips another time
K5 would be borderline too new for the show, I'll have to ask tomorrow what the age requirements are Believe it or not, I've had more conversations regarding the wetdream, as I have the other two combined
I just ordered a new gear lever for the 999. £165. As if that weren't painful enough it took about half an hour faffing about to where the 'buy now' button worked. Then my payment was declined. So more faffing about and go through it again. And it's declined again. And I'm about to try again and I get a text from Santander saying they blocked both transactions. I had to send them a code and do it again. I've done enough swearing on here lately that it's becoming old, so please provide your own approximations of what I think of Santander.
Pretty much all mixed together, the guy next to me, gazebo and white transit, has brought 4 bikes, one C70 and 3 monkey bikes, parked behind his gazebo when I took the pics Will try and get more pics of the show for tomorrow
I owned a DAX when I was about 13, well say owned. Me Dad bought off his mate at work, rode around for a few years on waste ground. Then when I got to 17 it got sold one day and not by me. Fast forward 40 years and I managed to buy the rarest of the DAX range a Lady DAX which I sold in a moment of madness, had the flower seat and everything.
