Tried searching but not knowing the date of purchase this was hard, was 7 years ago. Had photos of it fitted to my MV Turismo for the first time which helped a lot, nothing relevant on card statements at the time. Credit card wasn't paperless at the time though, couldn't find paper version for that...
Is there a set of Kriega bags that would do the same job as the 30L Oxford Backpack with the 2 x T10s attached? Nothing obvious on website. Ideally I’d like a backpack that can have additional bags attached. The US only has a shoulder strap so is not as versatile. TIA.
Ah. I have the 30 litre rucksack too. I wouldn’t want to put more than that on my back while riding personally. It does have a loop that you could attach smaller bags too though. See pic.
The roll pack 20 or 40 looks like it has loops for adding a small US bag , but it doesn't mention anything in the blurb. My R20 has loops for adding a US bag , if I remember rightly it was only advised to add a US-5 tho ?
Thanks Jack. I’d have the backpack on the bike itself when riding and only on my back when off the bike and only For short distances.
If when off the bike you will only carry the bag for short distances then why not use a US20 or 30 I cannot comment on the R series of bags but the US are designed to be securely strapped to the bike and with the strap supplied are easy to carry off the bike I use my US20 as a carry on bag when flying
Each to their own but if I’m taking 30+ litres on a trip? Makes sense for the bike to take the weight and avoid fatigue.
