If like me you kind of like the standard ones but they come loose, don't they? ... Just put a spring washer (even plain one) on top side of clutch slave bracket and adjust the nut to be able to tighten using the mirror stem to the required position. I mean why Ducati, for the price of 2 washers? I'm not keen on the stealth or bar end ones. Kindest Regards Richard
Accountants decide, cost of washer and the fitting there of. Blue Loctite for me it I worry about nuts/bolts coming lose, stealth mirrors just don't work for me prefer my Spyballs look good and give a good rear view. Hate the Antelope mirrors they put as standard on the factory SM's, they look way too much TopBoxTerry for me.
Mine came loose last week and swung around on the motorway becoming a rudder. think I'll add a washer like you suggested. Actually made me realise how much I use them though, I've never fancied any under bar or bar end ones.
