From every courier company I have ever experienced, which is many, these just seem to excel at every aspect of being whatever the opposite of “courier service” is -I’ve had it all - not collecting your stuff, not delivering your stuff, not telling you about it, not allowing you to ask about it, losing it, delivering it damaged, and not giving a monkey’s about sorting it for you. It was much better when it was Hermes and old dears with time on their hands and a small car delivering your stuff making pin money. At least you could accept a bit of incompetence with a smile.
