The other picture is the sideways screen, blank apart from entering a brand name, tried Ducati, didn't recognise it

Elyza at OBDstar very helpful, quick response, needed to update the software through the download icon missed that on the instructions, all appears well. OBDstar responded within an hour, can't be faulted,
Don't confuse obdstar.co.uk with obdstar.com, that latter is the manufacturer, the former just a far east retailer that has cheekily registered the .co.uk domain. This is a failing the UK domain registration system if you ask me, opportunity to deceive. Should be like France where you need to be a French citizen to register a .fr address. All that said I'm glad that you got the issue sorted.
