Hi All. it is not a 950, but the new 890 Just bought a V2S and has the Ducati sat mount fitted, but ut seems you cannot buy the mounts / leads for the garmin XT any more. How are people mounting an Garmin XT on the bar?
Hi, it is not the power cables I need I have all those, it is the mount between the ducati utility bar, and my garmin xt mount that bolts around the knurled bar, Ducati do not sell the now.
Can you post a picture of where you want to mount your set up ? I’m not familiar with the new V2 but have a box of Garmin bits that might help. Andy
I have all the Xt garmin bits as such, just need something that can be bolted to the bar, that can take my xt power block, will run it to the battery
I have the Ducati "utility bar" per the picture above. I used the following to mount the XT holder/bracket. Really great piece of kit that has a "lock" (really a hex bolt, but very effective). https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/126674204066 Note that the Garmin mount is not included in the purchase
Evotech products are, in my experience, well designed and made, very fit for purpose. They have a Garmin sat nav mount for the new V2 here. EDIT: Just noticed that this isn't yet available, you can use the button to be informed when it is though... I have a number of their accessories for my 1260 Multi; sat nav mount, bar ends, crash bobbins, rad and engine guard. Very happy with all of them.
THanks I had seen that one, but as I have bought the utility bar, was hoping to find something, but may end up going down that route.
