Should we have "Bloody Idiot of the Day" as a topic? I qualify as I have been in touch with my energy provider, Octopus, questioning why, when I am hardly using any power and have been making extra payments on top of the monthly direct debit, my balance keeps going up. It is because a positive balance mens that my account is in credit! Duhh! And a negative balance means that you are in debt. This prat has been making extra, voluntary payments all Summer for no reason! Should be a cheap Winter and I might still come out of it still in credit!
