It’s the entrance to the Jersey War Tunnels which is now a museum about the occupation and liberation of Jersey during World War Two. I don’t think I have ever been to a museum before where I have read every display and watched every film. I have always thought of WW2 as something that happened many years ago but for some reason whilst walking round there, the realisation hit me that it was less than 17 years before I was born.
