I'm selling my K5 and Streetfighter 1098S, having just bought a Panigale 1299S. I'm part-exing the Streetfighter (although by all means ping me if you want it for £6,000 on the nose but you'd have to be very quick), but need to sell the Suzook. I've had it since August 2024. I paid £3k for it from a mate on a forum who'd taken it apart and left it sitting in his garage for about 4 years. I fitted a new battery, refitted the fairings and rear mudguard, got the oil and filter changed, and it went straight through its MOT. I did about 250 miles on it last year while my Ducati was having a gearbox rebuild, all on the road. It then had the following done this April in preparation for 3 days on track at Portimao (where it performed faultlessly, although the front brake was a bit suspect [more on this later]): Oil & filter (again) Front brake pads New fork oil Steering head bearings cleaned & adjusted New tyres (600 miles old) And back on the topic of the brakes, it's just (last week) had a new front master cylinder fitted at the Suzuki main dealer (it turned out that an old Suzuki recall hadn't been done), so it also has new brake fluid. I took the opportunity to have new Hel braised hoses fitted at the same time. It's done 24.8k miles and is pretty much in stock condition except for an Ohlins rear shock (ker-ching!), gold-painted front calipers and a dark screen. It comes with a box of spares including: Standard rear shock Race can with strap, link pipe & baffle (exhaust valve already disabled in ECU) Aftermarket rearsets with spare pegs Pazzo brake & clutch levers Stock pillion pegs Tail tidy Rack with grab rail Power Commander Handlebar ends Stock clip-ons (Heli currently fitted) ABM top yoke with risers for handlebars Renthal Fatbars Cosmetically-speaking it's showing a fair bit of wear, especially on the black painted right engine case, frame and swing arm. A few bolt heads have some surface rust. The front mudguard is covered in stone chips as you'd expect, and has a tiny crack. The rims have a fair few chips in them too, as you'd expect. The wiring has been butchered here and there, due to an old alarm being removed badly apparently, but everything works as it should. It has wear and tear all over from normal use, some odd fasteners here and there, but no accident damage whatsoever that I can see. I've just fitted a new headlight fairing section, as the one it came with was blue. I've also fitted some new mirrors as the previous owner ran the bike as a Streetfighter with all that stuff removed. I'll attached a load of pics below (taken yesterday). It photographs well, but I'm super-critical of a bike's condition; it's by no means perfect to look at, but it does run and ride absolutely perfectly and it needs absolutely nothing. I'd take £3,500 for it, for a quick sale. PM or call 07779091913. Based in Aylesbury, Bucks.
Definitely not enough! Three days at Portimao this year in my ownership. As you’d expect it took it all in its stride.
