Top end cars at the hub, top end prices to match. I'm sure the nearby merchant bankers are regulars there. Still, always worth a visit.
some crazy prices (as in low) at some of the "Sarf" auctions lately - that frogeye got sold recently but figure undisclosed.
Yeah, as you say they always have summat interesting and I go every couple of weeks or so as it's around a 20 mile jolly biff on the Darmah. Only a cup of tea for me mind as the cakes & food are as pricey as the cars. You occasionally see prospective purchasers there, many from overseas, and they all exude wealth with that odd casual but smart leather/suede/polo neck vibe with a healthy tanned glow & floppy well manicured sandy hair. I'm not at all au-fait with the prices of the cars they stock so have no idea if they are 'bullish' or not but £490K for a 1938 BMW 328 Roadster does seem err... steep. It has to be said it is absolutely magnificent. Lord knows where they unearth the stock from but they must have a great network of contacts.
He-he-he - although it could equally be said a Morgan is a poor impersonation of a 1938 BMW and I suppose that would depend on what side of the 490 grand you're sitting
