  7. Taken just now (approx 10pm) on an iPhone 12 using a 30 second exposure and a box as a tripod.

  10. some crazy prices (as in low) at some of the "Sarf" auctions lately - that frogeye got sold recently but figure undisclosed.

  11. Yeah, as you say they always have summat interesting and I go every couple of weeks or so as it's around a 20 mile jolly biff on the Darmah. Only a cup of tea for me mind as the cakes & food are as pricey as the cars.

You occasionally see prospective purchasers there, many from overseas, and they all exude wealth with that odd casual but smart leather/suede/polo neck vibe with a healthy tanned glow & floppy well manicured sandy hair.

I'm not at all au-fait with the prices of the cars they stock so have no idea if they are 'bullish' or not but £490K for a 1938 BMW 328 Roadster does seem err... steep. It has to be said it is absolutely magnificent. Lord knows where they unearth the stock from but they must have a great network of contacts.

  12. Looks like a modified Morgan

  13. The Frogeye is nice, although not at all for the puritan.

  14. He-he-he - although it could equally be said a Morgan is a poor impersonation of a 1938 BMW and I suppose that would depend on what side of the 490 grand you're sitting :)
