I've always been interested in Buells, they had some real innovation in their time. Super steep rake angle and mega short wheelbase(!) Oil in the frame for packaging and the rim mounted disks allowed for a lightweight front wheel as the braking forces are transmitted directly to the rim and tyre..such a shame the company didn't keep going...
I'm thinking any replacement discs, wheels, calipers or pads are either unobtanium or ludicrously expensive.
Was just googling about seeing what sort of prices these go for, which seems to be around the 5 grand mark, and landed on this advert where the original owner was Mel C of the spice girls. Not sure if that bumps up it's value & I'm sure there must be a joke in there somewhere... Ooops forgot the link https://motostradaautomotive.com/product/aprilia-moto-6-5-philippe-stark/
Too much of a change from the usual format for motorcyclists who it would seem don't much like a new look.
Nice looking machine, it will be quick with that motor in it!...many moons ago when i was in my teens i had a mustard coloured 1972 Lambretta Jet 200, it went like stink for a scooter, but kept snapping gear change cables in the left twistgrip.
