Hi, I am going to strip my 2014 diavels front forks and change the seals. While there apart I would like to replace the tubes with gold coloured units. I have looked on line but can only find ones made in China for the 1260s. Does any one know were I can buy gold tubes for a gen 1 diavel? From what I have read the gen 1s have 50mm tubes and the later models had 48mm tubes. Any comments or suggestions as to were I can buy them? Thanls
Hi, so it's clear that there are no outlets for selling gold Anodised tubes for the gen 1 diavel. I am in the Midlands in the UK and this morning have rang 5 platers and not one does the coating, and no one could suggest were to go to get the anodised . So I will knock that idea on the head.
