Oddly I’m still farting. 84 hours in. Not had a shite since Sunday but still cracking out the odd bottom burp.
Booked in at the King William. They do a massive steak and ale pie. Gonna smash one of those. Might go for sticky toffee pudding afterwards as well….
Yeah yeah, do all that anyway. My diet on the road is often shite due to very limited choice. But if I’m home/US/Europe I generally eat quite healthily.
Fcuk no! You don't live a moment longer if you do this sh..t. It just feels a lot longer while you're suffering.[/QUOTE] Not interested in hitting the ton. Definitely not a health bore but I’ll never be a fat fuck either.
I’m not doing it for weight loss. Although short term weight loss is inevitable. I’m currently 5’11” and 85 kg. Pretty happy with my shape. Starting reading about gut health reset and thought I’d give it a go. I won’t bore everyone about it but there’s tons on YouTube about it.
It’s not wonderful but it’s not horrendous either. I’m the sort that once I’ve set myself a challenge, I’ll do it… That said, I could have murdered a cuppa and a chocolate digestive after walking the dogs today… I quit smoking 26 years ago and this none eating lark is a walk in the park compared to that! Fuck me, that was hard going packing in the fags…
Losing weight’s not the aim. I’ve always maintained a decent(ish) shape. People get fat because they eat too much and eat shite. Simple. I went to Australia earlier this year. This is me. I’m not a fattie…
Ha ha, yep 61. All those things. Hungry too My word, you’re obsessed!! They’re grey jogging socks. Jogging- you tried it?
i'm not. fuggin stuffed after that meal last night. for folks passing through fortbill looking for a munch, try the Tavern. excellent. it's a fairly new place. excellent atmosphere, quality local food only. not overly expensive. £135 for a three course meal for four. the Mr's is gluten free and i avoid dairy. haggis, neeps and potato skins for a starter. succulent lamb (nom nom) for a main and the sticky for desert. no cream or ice cream. slurp.
sprouts rock. best veg ever. according to my surgeon mate, the dairy thing came from a massive dose of antibiotics when i had glandular fever. im more inclined to believe it came from excessive partying enhancers through my twenties and into my thirties. which wasn't that long ago... fanny? not in a long time. i gave up the local harrier's club around about the same time. walking up and down hills is my thing. better on the knees.
No. 45 cdo don’t mind a bit though…. Don’t think USMC were quite so keen… https://youtube.com/shorts/3v8rHbh1EQo?si=AIy3I0zEp2pjJI_o
