I don’t know where they get this from. I have had everything up to 200hp which is totally unusable for normal road use. I think the new Streetfighter engine is excellent, smooth, pulls from low down, sounds great with the Termi system and I haven’t ran out of fuel like I did on the V4. It’s as fast as anything on the twisty roads, maybe quicker than bigger bikes as it is light. No it doesn’t have the pull your arms off power, but on the big bikes you cannot enjoy it. The engine feels very similar to my 890R Duke which is also a great bike for our roads.
Just the other week I was chatting with a mate, and we were both saying it won't be long before we ditch the big heavy bikes, and go for something less powerful. This bike has ticked those boxes, so we'll see.
Did you not recently sell a hyper 950? The new one looks far better than I thought it would. My current one is going no where with all the changes I've made to it but I wouldn't say no to the new one. Would it be insane to own both at the same time
