Love it. I'll have to give that a try as sweet and savoury together is by far the best food combination IMO. I love Soreen malt loaf and mature cheddar and I was mixing sweet and salty popcorn long before they started selling it in the shops (people thought I was a bit loopy until they tried it themselves). I was also putting salt on chocolate for years before fancy artisan chocolatiers did it and a pinch of salt in hot chocolate is absolutely delicious. One of my all time favourite dishes is Boebotie, a South African specifially Cape Malay/Afrikaaner concoction which is kind of like a combination of egg custard, shepherds pie, bread and butter pudding and curry. It's absolutely mad.
