I listened to a podcast where she was interviewed for over an hour. She is very strange and the family involvement with her "career" is unsettling, especially her stepdad/manager (who, she claims, watches her films) and then there's also the fact that her grandmother also attended the "premiere".
Despite it apparently being legal now* it's a shame we don't "hound" communities in this country when it comes to people hanging animals up, cutting their throats and letting them bleed out. * How was this ever allowed to be legal?
The Hindu population of Bali are largely vegetarian. When the do prepare meat they opt for the quick kill solution and not Dhabihah as practiced my the mainly Muslim population of Indonesia.
I'm puzzled as to the why of this? BBC News - Men arrested after Shotton Colliery Christmas tree cut down - BBC News https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c62nnpez1l4o
so they can become anonymously famous?* - like the felling of the tree in the Sycamore Gap. I remember kids setting fire to this oak tree at some point - it's around 400 years old. * or did you mean why were they arrested?
i agree - other than the perpetrator possessing pure evil/hatred/disdain for somebody* etc, i have given up trying to understand now. *add words here
According to the article, the tree has stood for 11 years and it was put up in memory of World War 1 veterans. If so, that makes this already monumentally stupid act absolutely disgraceful.
On a slightly similar theme this used to be a massive two story high pile of timber and forestry waste at the back of our park . It was four houses wide easily, honestly it was huge. It’s been there all the time I’ve lived here which is six years. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve walked past it with the dogs and thought I hope a dopey kid doesn’t fancy some *fun and sets fire to it with all the animals and creatures housed there. Woke up to acrid smell when I left the house in the week (which has lasted three days now) and some twat clearance firm just set fire to it and are clearing the ashes. Felt like calling the old bill.
Surely it can't be beyond the skill level of these people to put something on FB or similar saying "Free wood for log burners / collection only". Ugh.
I hate seeing things like this, it’s just so pointlessly sad. I suspect it’s the new trend since the sycamore gap crime. Terrible.
