Just Googled it. I didn’t realise it was vulgar and offensive. I must use it more often!!

 

Front bottom I can understand...

 

For someone who, say, sat heavily on a concrete bollard, I can understand. I can only imagine all other meanings must have been arrived at by people with an arse fixation.
