“Only England” could put in the first decent bowing performance of the whole tour and completely fuck it up within the space of an hour shortly afterwards (even if there is more grass on that wicket than there is in my entire garden). I still don’t think this test is over though.

he’s not a pleasant human being Andy and although this series has been an unmitigated disaster there are plenty of current cricketers the kids can take as an aspiration. Joe Root, number one batsman in the world right now as an example. You don’t have to be a prick and a great sportsman.
