Hi Pete, I successfully repaired one of my arms with JB Marine Weld, as I just couldn't find a replacement. I used a dremel to make the break into a V (as if I was going to TIG weld it), and filled carefully with the JB MW. I actually did it in stages as the break was clean, so I only dremel-ed say "North and South" and used "East and West" to keep the position of the two parts fitting together perfectly. A hot glue gun was used to hold toothpicks on each part in the "East and West" areas. JB then used on the "North and South V. Once this was set I then removed toothpicks and very carefully made the "East and West" areas into a V, and then filled them. The final mended part is practically indistinguishable from a non repaired one. (Hope the explanation makes sense - if not PM me and I'll make a drawing)
