I know Polzeath beach really well and it doesn't look right to me. Plus, to get right over on the Port side as you look out to sea in a car you'd need to pick a way through the rocks defining the car park then cross the fresh water run off which will be wide, deep, and fast at the time of year the clothing suggests. Either that or use the entrance on the other side of the beach that the various people allowed to be right down on the beach use, and that's quite well controlled.

Agreed! Not to in any way disparage salient details such as lack of tyre treads or rock formations, vehicular beach access etc but 1. A Random pic for amusement purposes only. 2. "rich guy was meditating". Rich guys are only found in Cornwall during the summer. There has never been a confirmed sighting of a rich guy meditating anywhere in the world, and certainly not outside in the rain, during winter, on a Cornish beach. 3. "Local kids built a sandcastle in front of him which spoilt his view" Rich guys are generally not stupid, and could easily look to the right whilst chanting "Ohhhmmmm", therefore regaining his view. 4.
