Been around quite a while. https://www.ant-supplies.uk/airsoft-external-parts/blank-cartridge-tripwire-alarms.html
Fitted probably the least expensive thing to the Multi's new exact starter wiring but rather satisfying too. Mod list is getting smaller.
Been there and done that. Thankfully (for me) they aren’t loud enough to do serious hearing damage but proper shit you up at the time. I could see curtains twitching on the neighbours house which was good. I still use them on the shed but use a baby monitor in the garage, anyone so much as farts in there and I will hear it. Best security you can get for £20.
After having my sheds done over just before Christmas and a huge amount of stuff getting pinched (including a 5" gauge steam engine) when I move into that house the sheds will have tripwires like Vietnam.
Unfortunately, it will get you featured in the Daily Mail under the headline “Fury As Homeowner Forced to Pay Compensation to Maimed Burglar” and get your collar felt by our topsy turvy police farce
@Zhed46, there appears to be a bit of tom foolery going on in those posts, Gandalf lives in Vietnam Andy
Ah, ok. I thought that flag under his PFP was just because he was using a VPN, although I’m pretty sure that’s not actually the Vietnamese flag as IIRC, that has a star in the middle of it (my youngest son has Aspergers and was obsessed with flags for a while, so I’m a very useful addition to any pub quiz team in need of a ringer).
Yes, the punji pit was tongue in cheek as Gandalf is shown as being in Vietnam, but i believe trip wires are legal in the UK as long as warning signs are posted and they aren’t set up to cause injury. Can stand to be corrected though.
@Zhed46 You are correct, i believe the flag shown is the Danish flag. The VPN confuses the system. I do in fact live in Vietnam has Andy pointed out. I doubt punji pits would cause me too many headaches here... but the reply was tongue in cheek. VN is actually a pretty low crime country (if you ignore what the government gets up to). While its always a good idea to lock things, chances are you'll be fine if you forget.
Your flag shown changes regularly, currently it is the Danish flag, a fewcdays ago,.it was similar to the Bolivian flag
