Fitted the ducati spacers from USA on my 959 years ago and done the job. Looking for some for my v4 but USA ones are around £42 with postage now . I've read ebay ones are cheap crap so will avoid but I see racetorx do them for around £8 similar to cheap Ebay ones but has anyone used the racetorx ones ?
Bought some cheap ones for my V4 and they played havoc with my blipper and quick shifter. Confused the TPS. Changed to Ducati spacers USA and worked a treat.
I’ve got a set of new unused ones for the 959, assuming they are the same? I too have tried the cheap ones and they didn’t fit and stress fractured when I tried to fit them. I then order the USA ones but decided to change the whole throttle tube instead for the one that has less play built into it
Is there a known-good STL file available? (Just had a look on Bambu Lab Handy, there’s a few on there with a few positive feedback comments)
I printed some for my Triumph, and apparently they also fit modern Ducati (I believe they use the same throttle mechanisms?) but I haven't tested that. I can't say 100% for sure where I got them, it most likely was Thingiverse.
Ta, useful. I’ll have a go at printing a set in PETG and fitting them to the Monster; I still have a tri-wing hexbit that’s needed to undo the assy, from the USA parts version i bought for another bike a few years ago
