Oh yeah congratulations too. That's a new phobia, is it the bare legs or the shorts though. I find bare feet disgusting even my own, as does my Daughter. Son rocked his temporary Postie job in the Summer in shorts loved it 33 hour weeks £13.50 per hour and as much walking as you wanted. I'm sure you could take your Dogs too to help you carry the sack.
i know a colleague who does not possess a pair of full length trousers, i don't really know why. Knowledge of this is the only reason i haven't treated him to a (full length) pair, such is the sight. Next time i see him i'm going to ask what he got married in.
Shorts all year round for me, only wear trousers for weddings, funerals, court appearances, and the odd site I go to with my job, as soon as I don't gave to get out again, the trousers are off
I'm lucky enough to get away with wearing shorts at the office, and a lot of us do, although I'm probably the oldest one who does. So that's me from as soon as it get's a little warmer in Spring all the way through until @October. When company attire for office staff was a Light Blue Short Sleeved Shirt with our Logo we did look very much like a building full of Posties. The whole factory is in Black Logo'd Polo Shirts now which is less Postie. I don't during the winter months as I have a few visitors come to see me and I do have to at least try to portray the professional procurement manager image. But, I do often wear shorts at home in the evening and weekends during the Winter simply because I'm more comfortable. We do a lot of walking which is more comfortable in shorts all year round. Basically, most of the year, the only time I wear long trousers by choice is when I'm riding. Or I suppose when I'm in my Rubber Onesie -My Wetsuit.
Shorts eh, gave them up once I’d left primary school. Only now for summer and beach wear otherwise is full on herringbone tweed
I picked this very nice clean little drill local for £30, my AEG's after a very longtime packed up which was sad. They could be fixed but's the point when you've Ebay, Gumtree and Marketplace awash with cheap tools these days.
The AEG's were new in 1986 so a good run for me, but Makita's a good brand as i've other tools from them that do well at the coalface.
Looking forward to spending the evening at José Pizarro’s, The Swan Inn, in Claygate. Just checked the menu and it looks like a seafood evening, almejas con mojo rojo, sardinas a la planche and gambas blanco con ajo y chili There’s also a lentil stew with chorizo and apple, if I still feel hungry Andy
Been to the gym for the first time in decades. Need to strengthen my legs before having a torn meniscus repaired. Its a tad painful
Today I've done the popular Ducati job....replaced a faulty Fuel level Sender Unit in my 1260 Enduro :-( hopefully no more flashing orange light .........
I don't ever trust any fuel gauge, always mileage after a while you can easily judge how far before you need to refuel.
