Looks good, I’ve always ran slightly smaller plates on all my bikes and never had a problem. As long as you don’t take the piss with those tiny letter box sized ones I think most filth will overlook it.
i just trimmed mine down to the minimum legal 11mm edge-to-characters when I fitted my tail tidy. Fortunately a 18 plate so the '1' keeps the width down:
