Carol Kirkwood step aside, been a fairly pleasant day down here, wet this morning but the skies cleared, blue skies and sunny, quite warm, then as the day went on and a ride to Ducati Bournemouth loomed the skies darkened, the heavens opened and I got soaked!! only highlight was the heated grips and seat for the ride back in their MS PP loaner
Yep, was lovely outside through the window at work. Then of course as soon as I got gome and took the dog out it tipped down.
Thought about taking Panzer (GS) to pick up my brand new AGV Tourmodular; only been a 5 month wait!! But no. Forecast dry, but rain, so took the box(car). Both there & back it rained & icing on cake was STOP light came on along with battery icon. Should have had a duvet day.
It's quite nice here today, while I'm working. The toys are in the garage ready for the weekend, when I'm sure it will piss down again.
That bucket has been on my terrace for a couple of weeks. It was empty when I put it there. It started out nice here but it is pissing down once again.
E-mail from the golf club saying we have had nearly 175mm of rain this calendar year on top of a wet December, and politely requesting we carry if possible and if we can't carry we use a pull or push trolley rather than an electric; the veiled threat being that if we don't do it by request they will put a trolley ban in force or close the course. And that is on one of the best draining courses in the area, being on chalk.

I think it's me! Yesterday morning it was glorious here, but I had other commitments I just couldn't get out of. Home lunchtime and it was just starting to cloud over. 10 mins later it was heaving down and didn't stop until late evening. Today it's lovely, the sun's out but it's really cold, Toby the dog and I have had a great walk, he's had breakfast and is snoring on the sofa. The forecast today is for it to be like this all day. And there's the rub today. Lady Nasher is away until this evening so I'm stuck in dog sitting because he can't be left, and of course Doggy Day care isn't open at the weekend. You take these Rescue dogs on, love them to bit's, get so much love back from them, but sometimes wish you'd not taken on other peoples problems.
