I’m sure that’s true, makes it a miserable place to drive through though, hence my original post. And having to know where to find it does not appeal to me, but living on the edge of a nature reserve I guess I have just been spoiled over the years. Thankfully I don’t have to go there now for a while, off to the site near Cannock Chase again today so will park up and watch the deer at lunchtime again. Before that the Multi is in for MoT this morning.
Helped load my Suzuki TS185ER into the back of someone else's van and waved it off -after pocketing a wad of cash. I think the guy will really enjoy having a pristine version of his childhood bike to blat around on.
Verdict? This week is getting stupidly busy for me and am starting to wonder if I can spare the time to go.
First impression was, it’s huge. Odd to see quite a number of stands that have absolutely nothing to do with caravanning, camping or motor homing. Found the large quantities of proofer I need but not the repair tape I wanted. For the first day of the show, it was heaving with people and being half term, far too many bored children in tow for my taste. The major hazard was trying not to get run down by mobility scooters and powered wheel chairs. Andy
I have wondered for a while if some stalls are almost on a permanent basis there as seem to be at all sorts of shows. Not been to the caravan one, but there is generally enough good stuff to ignore the dross.
Thanks Andy. It looks like we're not going to make it now anyway. One of the things we've got on at the moment is my Mother in law being poorly in hospitol, and Thursday could be going home day, so lady Nasher understandably wants to be there instead.
I fired up the yellow Superlight after replacing the pick up points, £96 aftermarket parts delivered within 48 hours before Christmas.!
