The first fast bike I ever went on as pillion then rode it when I passed my test.
A mate at work bought one in 1989, took me on the back of it, awesome!
Passed my test in 90 and he needed someone to ride it home from Erdington to Kiddy, I was the one chosen.
Now, I think the Hagley road from Brum to kiddy was a 70mph road, or maybe 50, anyway, I was quicker than that.
Felt like the bike was going to pull my arms off!
Those were the days.

 

1980 dutch TT.. duct tape on your nose, visor and tear off's.
No shoulder and elbow protection...
