So, the questions are: Has anybody got any experience of these? What would the import duty be? How is it paid? My understanding is that its a flat 20% on goods form the EU but after having tried to delve into the Government HMRC duty calculator I quickly lost the will to live! Anything over £135 attracts duty at 20%, then there are the carriers handling fees which you pay before it's released. It should be a VAT free purchase there end too but invariably it isn't. I'd try and find a UK seller, as should you wish to return the import it'll cost you the postage? IMO not worth the hassle.
Valid points folks, cheers. Normally I really only buy within the UK but it is a pretty item and the Conquest Racing version doesn't look as good. In saying that, I have spent quite a serious amount of coin with them over the winter, so they aren't losing out!
