Fly tipping is getting to be a serious issue in our area (Herts) and apparently is linked to organised crime gangs. A lot of the green lanes round here are absolutely blighted by it.
Yep, Kidlington Oxfordshire. What an absolute disgrace. Several arrests and charges plus money laundering. No names that I can find so I guess we can apply Coulters Law to that- foreign nationals. Clean up bill ~£10mil… lovely eh?
Aren't some kind of private contractors, seen footage on line of this kind of incident. They have no real powers they rely on the individual to comply.
