  2. well that’s kind of you. I’m the ultimate optimist I’m told, and a believer in positivity which has helped me get back on my other bike, an RnineT I customised, which is easier to ride than the sports of course. It’s been fun learning things again, like gripping the tank when on the 748, man my thighs hurt for days after .

    I must update my location as I’ve been back in Cornwall a 3-years now. Thanks for the ride out invite though. Much appreciated.

    Anyhow, I’ve not given up yet with the 748, so let’s see what tomorrow brings.

  8. I see you have Variobars or similar fitted, dont they make a huge difference...i just fitted a pair to mine and theyre far better suited to more comfortable riding at my advancing years....nice bike BTW.
     
  9. Taken off the road initially to do the belts and then I got carried away. Two and a half years later on its way for a MOT. IMG_4429.jpeg

  17. She has a daytime MOT, but real purpose is a parade at the CRMC Doni Festival August 1-2nd.
    There will of course be the obligatory road shake down for new engine components, brakes and suspension set-up.
