So what have you done today..?

  1. I damaged it playing squash a while back but it recovered and has been fine since.
Don’t know why it’s suddenly decided to pull this trick on me, guess I’ll find out more shortly.

  2. How did you damage yours?

  3. Walking the Yorkshire 3 peaks....

  4. Challenging I’d imagine.
What measures are you doing anything to help with the recovery?
Just readying myself pre Docs appointment, don’t like going to the Doctors

  5. Because, up until now the NHS have been useless i paid for an MRI to see exactly what the problem is.
Then I pay for a physio to advise exercises build the muscles around the knee. Hasn't taken the pain away nor the swelling.
Finally got into the NHS system and am hoping to get a steroid injection into my knee.
One solution apparently is to have the meniscus removed but it gives other problems I believe

  6. I’ll see what professional advice I receive this morning hopefully not surgery.
    Good luck with yours.

  15. The largo from Dvorak's New World symphony. Wonderful piece of music. I have to say though it sounds better played by the oboe it was written for rather than a colliery brass band.
