  10. They're bound to, if they have the capacity even the threat of doing so would be enough to encourage insurances companies to not cover such a route.

  16. Amsterdam and the NL in general has been pushing down on the 30kmh in cities.

    Personally, I think it works here, but in London which is a city designed around cars, as is the UK... It'll not work without major transportation reform. Which given the situation of the UK, isn't going to happen. Alas, the speed ticket central is born.
     
  17. Last time I drove in there I don't recall getting above 20mph in any case.

    I recall being more concerned with what zone to avoid which lane was correct for my vehicle etc.

    Only driven there for paid work somewhere I'd not volunteerly drive around.
