  1. Fairoaks near Chobham, Surrey. Not very impressed with the coffee to be honest.

  2. Poole hall at number 5, pretty good as it’s their first real year at it. They must’ve spent a fortune having the new tarmac laid for the driveway and carpark. It’s only 10 miles from me so I have to go the long way home

  3. Is this available as an interactive page so that one can find the location?

  4. Useful.

Bloody River Severn makes places far away that are not, if you are a seagull!

Had a form to sign and send back to the solicitor today (for I will be away for a while). It was for £50,000 to go into a National Savings income bond account. I wonder if I'll ever see anything of it?

  5. Why do you keep telling people about how much money you have? It’s not very becoming.

  6. I took full advantage of this interactive map this morning and tried out The Stalls near Salisbury. I can recommend it. Great service, good food and drink, great location. Some may find it a tad dear but you get what you pay for.
Thanks Steve I shall use that map again.

  7. I don't have it.

    I am not allowed it.

I live in a parallel universe where I have money in my name, so that I have the tax liability and nothing else. Well, it is not in my name but in a personal injury trust. That is where you get all of the liabilities but none of the fun! My solution to this problem is to just give it an "Aww, f*ck it and go to Spain.

Probably, I should take some tax advice because I am unsure how the tax thing works on investments that reveal profit that would be taxable ordinarily, but I don't get the profit, so is it taxable?

Maybe, after I get back from Spain I should take some professional advice. There are people that know more, who I could ask to help. Right now, the priority is to get my shit together for I travel to Plymouth tomorrow and from there, depart to Spain on Wednesday.

I wish that my brain would get better. I worked out a trip to Oirland (Dublin) earlier and now I cannot remember what I decided. Cardiff Station was involved. I remember that! Anyway that is next year, so no rush.

And to put all of this shit in context. My God, I have suffered. About six years ago I came this || close to losing my left leg. Possibly dying and a Ducati Monster S4r was killed. I am not going to apologise for having money as God, I have suffered and still do.

Just to be clear: I am not looking for any sympathy. I consider myself lucky. I am still here. Lots of people have my sort of crash and don't survive. I don't feel guilty about the 40mph speed limit outside the open prison in the middle of Nowhere, because it was already there because of all ot the accidents before mine.

  8. Yeah I get all that, but why do you need to bandy figures around? We all feel your pain, but nobody needs to know the financials, just keep that side to yourself.

  9. Recently been to Choppers at Burbage, don’t go if you, like me are a coffee snob.

Today I took the wife to Sammy Millers Pit Stop Cafe nr New Milton. Third time in the last year, excellent sandwich & coffee, highly recommended. Lots of bikes there today, we were warned there was 20 minute wait from order to fulfilment of food order, it was a tad longer but very fresh and worth the wait.

  10. I just find it amusing the way things turn out. I got taken out and then, thanks to my elder brother finding me a really good solicitor, got a really good settlement that I am not allowed to have.

I wouldn't say that I am lucky because I was seriously messed up, but things could of been so much worse, both medically and financially. Like bastid governments putting back the pension age, but I don't get angry as I always think that things could be so much worse for me.

But I will respect your thoughts and not mention figures anymore. That time has passed anyway. All that matters is that I am going to Spain tomorrow!!!

    Shame I'm at work today.
