  1. In the event of England reaching the final, bear this in mind.
Start with $10,990 (£8,333) for a category one ticket.
    Category two was up 32.78% from $5,575 (£4,227) to $7,380 (£5,596).
    Category three increased 38.23% from $4,185 (£3,173) to $5,785 (£4,386).

  2. And thats only if Donny's Homeland Security don't find anything they dislike in your social media, as you will be denied entry.

  3. I've been to one European Cup Final, fortunately ending up on the right side of the result, and that's enough. It's bad enough being scalped by FIFA & EUFA for the ticket prices, without being robbed by the hotels & restaurants cashing in as well.

  4. I’m in two minds. It’ll be a last minute job as I reckon the prices will drop the closer we get to the event.

I told my MD I could be away for a few days with as little as 24 hours notice.

    He wasn’t impressed. He’s Scottish.

  9. Goes to show exactly what an organised crime ring FIFA is that theyre still allowing the mentally ill orange ballbag and his country to host it.
Should have been pulled and games redistributed between Canada and Mexico months and months ago.
Hardly a great surprise though with this snake oil salesman in charge of the largest/most popular sport in the world.

  10. You just know if they did that then Trump would close the airspace and borders to screw up the fans’ travel out of spite.

  11. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cly797p1399o

“Scotland and England fans face paying more than four times the usual prices for train tickets when they travel to World Cup group-stage matches in Boston.

Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) has announced round-trip tickets from central Boston (South Station) to Boston Stadium at Foxborough for $80 (£60).

Usually, a single ticket costs $8.75 (£6.50) while it is $17.50 (£13) for a round trip using two singles.”

  12. Plus the hotels have dove the same.

  13. What's the point? England are a crap team.

  14. Spain mexico and Italy WC’s when I was a kid were epic. Since then, not so much.

    The last three world cups;

    russia
    Qatar
    USA

“Keep politics out of football” though, blather blather.

    Israel 2030 incoming.

  15. As a football fan, ‘twas always thus. People I know used to book plane tickets for European fixtures that hadn’t been confirmed and then cancelled if the game didn’t occur. The other trick was to fly to a nearby city that wasn’t hosting the game then use the train on match day to get there.
