Fitted captive spacers to the RSV (and while the wheels were off - gave them a good clean as well) On the back of fixing the $XV earlier this week...the fault finding included using the starter....alot, which fucked another sprag so replaced that as well Back in, hoovered the house.
Ordered 2 new pairs of driving sunglasses as the heads up display on the new car doesn't do polarised lenses
Nope, neither did I, but they do list it as an issue in the Owner's Handbook. Tried adjusting it every which way (even snow mode!) without success, and then tried an old pair of non-polarised sunglasses and no problem, so ordered two new pairs (one would have done but it is one of those offers where there's a second pair free, so...)
You've reminded me I've not been to the range in probably 5yrs. Thank you, I must dig my gear out, dust it off and see if I can rejoin the Forest of Bere Archery club. I used to really enjoy it, but simply found I didn't have enough time to get there and justify the cost. Although my garden is just long enough for a short course if I brought a target
What have you got? I’ve got that, a Salinda X8 compound bow and a couple of crossbows. There’s just about enough room to shoot down my alley (fnar fnar), approx 12m, though I fluffed a shot the other evening when it was getting dark, the arrow skipped off a rock and went through the fence and into my neighbour’s garden. From there it must have encountered a wormhole in space because even though I’ve mounted a couple of search and rescue commando raids onto her premises (she’s away at the moment) the bloody thing is nowhere to be found.
