do you think there's a connection? my last partner departed around about the same time i put my 996 in the "lounge".
I always wondered if it was me.

 

Can't be, I've got both my 916 AND my 996 in the living room, and, i have previously had my 916 in there whilst rebuilding a GSXR750

As you can see, the wife unit knows about it too, it was her idea to bring the 750 inside to do the work, as it was cold outside

 

There must have been some pretty crap TV programming at the time for her to sit there watching you work on the bike every evening...

Does it have to be a 996, or will any bike do?

 

i remember being told, while i owned a scruffy orange Cagiva Elefant, that if i had got a shiny chrome Harley-type of bike, then could have been interested in the bike "scene", so possibly avoid an H.D. as might not be a strong enough deterrent to achieve successful evacuation.

 

Good to know, but I’m safe on that count. A Harley wouldn’t make it into my back yard, never mind lounge.
