916 Ecu Block Connector Pins

Hi all, can anyone tell me how to remove the pins from the ECU block connector please? see attached photo - those little fellas....

 

Thanks Chris. I'm a ChatGPT virgin, but interesting if true, how accurate it is. I did try and shove a thin wire in the hole but no joy so assumed there may be a proper tool. Just looked up depinning tool - another minefield.....

If anyone has done this and can share a photo of the correct depinning tool it would be appreciated.

 

I did see those on Amazon, but get a bit fed up ordering stuff that I think will work but doesn't when you get it.
