  1. I hope Yamaha are able to produce a competitive bike as I think Toprak might just have the ability to contend if he has the right bike under him.

  2. He’s hardly put a foot wrong so far given the hand he’s been dealt with.

    And anyone who thinks 93 is going to retire before he’s beaten vr’s record is quite frankly mental.

  3. I think the bikes to be on next year will be those teams with bottomless budgets. AKA Honda and Ducati

  4. I think they are all starting with the same concessions, with ltd tech next year, no aero* ^^ so set-up, chassis should balance out against big budget?
    * or simplified aero/fairing wings n/a

  5. I hope so. But I’m not convinced

  6. Marc is going to race until he cannot win anymore. And even then he might do a few more like Rossi did.

  7. Acosta will be 2027 champion, if I had to put money on it.
    That said if MM93 regains his fitness then he will be in the mix.

  8. There will be aero just reduced.

    This is what my mate Gemini told me;

    Aerodynamics in MotoGP will be significantly reduced and more tightly controlled starting in 2027 to minimize negative effects and promote closer racing with more overtaking.

    Here's a breakdown of the specific changes:

    • The maximum permitted width of the high portion of the front fairing Aero Body will be reduced from 600mm to 550mm.

    • The maximum rear end height will be reduced from 1250mm to 1150mm.

    • The foremost point of the front fairing (nose) will be moved back by 50mm.

    • The rearward taper of the front fairing aero appendices will also narrow.

    • Any aerodynamics behind the rider (the rear end of the machine) must be homologated as part of the Aero Body .

    • Manufacturers will only be permitted to make one update to the aero per season to control costs

    • Additionally, all ride-height and holeshot devices will be banned in 2027 to control performance and enhance rider skill.
    These aerodynamic changes are part of a broader set of new regulations for MotoGP in 2027, which also include a reduction in engine capacity from 1000cc to 850cc and the use of 100% sustainable fuel

    Missed out the Pirelli tyres *thing but no one's perfect :)
